The development of critical thinking is a fundamental goal of modern education, preparing students to analyze, evaluate, and apply information effectively. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational processes offers innovative approaches to achieving this goal. AI technologies, such as adaptive learning platforms and intelligent tutoring systems, personalize the learning experience, providing tailored feedback and complex problem-solving scenarios. These tools encourage students to engage deeply with content, fostering analytical and decision-making skills. However, the use of AI in critical thinking development also raises ethical and practical challenges, including data security, algorithmic bias, and the risk of over-reliance on technology. Addressing these issues requires a balanced approach, emphasizing teacher training, digital literacy, and the ethical use of AI tools. This study examines the potential and limitations of AI in enhancing critical thinking, drawing on case studies and global best practices. The findings highlight AI's ability to complement traditional teaching methods and offer strategies for its effective integration into classrooms.
