This article discusses the methods for diagnosing the intellectual abilities of primary school students. The "10 words memorization," "10 numbers," and "10 shapes" methodologies used to assess children's cognitive processes are described. Additionally, methods for evaluating students' school motivation and learning motivation are analyzed. The study proposes effective ways to assess a child's memory, mathematical knowledge, and ability to recognize geometric shapes. By using these methods, it is possible to determine the cognitive processes of primary school students and assess their level of adaptation to school.
