DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE MUSIC TEACHER AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

With the introduction of the personality-oriented paradigm of education into the educational process of university training, there are cardinal transformations associated with the increasing importance of the personal competence development values of future music teachers, associated with the formation of their creative abilities in the course of self-realization and selfdevelopment in the professional path, necessary for their formation as future competitive specialists in a given field of activity. The purpose of this article is the creative competence of the future music teacher, implicitly, combining the synthesis of creative abilities and the development of personal competencies expressed in effectively - creative, professional activity.The complexity and versatility of the teacher's profession make special demands to the level of his competence, to the formation of deep knowledge and skills in the chosen profession - music teacher. The solution of this issue allows us to identify a culture-creative approach that favors the processes effectiveness of “filling” the learner with a knowledge variety, to characterize the process of competence formation as an integrative quality of personality, which ensures the active assimilation of knowledge, readiness and ability to their operational application, continuous updating on a permanent basis of self-education and self-development.
