Abstract

The article deals with school development and change management the reflection of the experience of developing a leader in the process written about the analysis. The development of the school today often with constant changes, new ways of education implementation and adaptation to modern requirements it depends. The head of the school made effective changes in this process management and motivation of the teaching staff must play a decisive role in providing. Experience during the analysis, the key to the successful development of the school factors were identified, such as employee participation, the leader's flexibility in adapting to changes the ability to inspire and motivate the team, as well as well as having a clear strategy and development. Changes Leader development also plays an important role in the management process performs adaptation to new situations, empathy, constantly improving leadership skills and self requires sitting. Effective management of school change development of the educational institution and development of its leadership due to the synergy between these two processes mutual connection to the common goal of providing quality education shows the importance of achieving.
