Developing Students' Engagement through Games in Physical Education Lessons

This article explores methods for enhancing students' engagement through the use of game elements in physical education lessons. Game-based teaching methods not only increase students' physical activity and interest in lessons but also improve their communication and social skills. The article analyzes the educational and developmental potential of games and provides practical recommendations. It highlights that incorporating game elements into the learning process boosts students' motivation and participation. The study examines approaches aimed at strengthening students' physical and emotional well-being through games in physical education classes.
