Abstract

The term "Big Data" was first used by Clifford Lynch, editor of the journal Nature, in 2008. He referred to the rapid expansion of global information volume and emphasized the role of new tools and emerging technologies in managing and analyzing large datasets. The advancements in data processing and analysis have revolutionized various fields including government, healthcare, telecommunications, finance, transportation, manufacturing, and more, offering unprecedented opportunities to improve human life.
