Abstract

This article investigates the various teaching methods used to shape the perceptions and motivations of English teachers. It discusses how different pedagogical approaches can influence teachers' attitudes towards teaching and their engagement with students. The study analyzes the effectiveness of several instructional techniques in enhancing teachers' motivational levels and shaping their educational philosophies. By examining current practices and integrating insights from experienced educators, the paper aims to provide actionable recommendations that schools and educational institutions can implement to foster a more motivated and effectively equipped teaching workforce.
