Abstract

This gymnastics lesson plan for 4th-grade students is aimed at developing motor skills and physical fitness. During the class, students perform various exercises using gymnastic equipment such as sticks and cones. The lesson's objectives include learning tactical and compositional elements of gymnastic exercises, strengthening physical qualities, and increasing awareness of safety while performing tasks. The plan consists of three parts: introductory, main, and concluding. The lesson emphasizes proper technique in performing exercises, developing coordination, and maintaining discipline.
