This scientific research work presents the theory of "Pedagogical Workshop Technology" and its practical application. The technology of pedagogical workshops takes into account the individual characteristics of each student, applying a differentiated approach to teaching, based on their specific knowledge, skills, and abilities. It also uses evaluation criteria that not only determine the level of academic success but also have an educational impact, motivating students, inspiring them to master the study material, and fostering joint creativity between the teacher and the students.
Object of the study: the technology of pedagogical workshops based on the joint creativity of the teacher and students.
Subject of the study: the application of pedagogical workshop technology in Russian language and literature lessons.
Aim of the study: to define theoretical and practical approaches to the implementation of pedagogical workshop technology in Russian language and literature lessons, aimed at developing the joint creativity of the teacher and student.
