Abstract

The article presents a specific example of a research project using one of the methods of innovative pedagogical technologies. A model of applying the project method to the scientific research work of physics students was obtained. The scientific project model contains the design algorithm, the purpose of the project, a brief description of the project, and the result of learning about the design method. On the example of the Phywe installation, the scientific project "Malus's law study" for the "Optics" chapter of physics was considered. The properties of plane polarized light were studied by checking the Malus law. The test of Malus' law was carried out in a special facility. The current strength values ​​of the photocurrent were also measured, the intensity of the light incident on the device was measured, a table was compiled based on the obtained data, and a graph was constructed according to the properties of plane polarized light.
