The article examines the importance of Boranbek Shukirbekov's experience in personality education and vocational training. The contribution of Boranbek Shukirbekov to the development of agriculture and his activities as a public figure are analyzed. In particular, the achievements in the development of Karakol sheep farming and the measures taken to improve pastures are reported. Shukirbekov's work is characterized by the introduction of innovative methods in agriculture and important steps in modernizing national consciousness and spirit.
