Abstract

In this work, the structure and function of the eye, the types of visual defects and ways to correct them without drugs according to the Bates method are studied. While connecting the project to school life, experiences were made that could be improved by carefully conducting questionnaires and eye-testing exercises with visually impaired children at school. As a result, it has been shown that following these simple Bates exercises regularly and improving your vision after a few months, you can fully recover. The purpose of the research: "XXI century is the century of computers, digital television and mobile phones. The main goal of this project is to preserve the eyesight of teenagers by studying the types of visual impairments and ways to correct them. ". Significance of the study: experimenting with the "check table" and the Bates method, it has been shown that the improvement of vision can be achieved without medication. It takes patience and perseverance to achieve this result.
