Abstract

The education system is undergoing rapid digital transformation, creating new opportunities for individualized and inclusive learning. Digital educational resources have become essential tools for adapting instruction to students with diverse learning abilities, cognitive characteristics, and educational needs. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, inclusive education is a priority of educational policy, emphasizing equal access to quality education through the effective integration of digital technologies. In biology education, digital resources play a particularly important role because the subject involves complex biological processes that require visualization, modeling, and interactive learning. These technologies enhance students’ motivation, improve conceptual understanding, and support the development of practical skills. Furthermore, they enable teachers to design flexible learning environments that accommodate different educational needs and learning styles.
