Abstract

The article examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool for improving the quality of school education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of applying AI technologies in the educational process and systematizes the opportunities they offer for personalizing learning, enhancing students' motivation, and optimizing the managerial activities of school administrators. Particular attention is paid to the risks and limitations associated with the implementation of AI tools, including the potential decline in students' independent thinking, issues of academic integrity, the protection of personal data, and digital inequality. Based on the analysis, the article proposes a model for the phased and well-managed implementation of AI technologies in the educational practice of general secondary schools and provides practical recommendations for school administrators.
