This paper explores the potential of digital adaptive learning in the preparation of prospective foreign language teachers and highlights how technology can improve language education. It examines the integration of online learning, digital media, mobile-assisted language learning, and self-regulated learning strategies in teacher education. The study emphasizes that digital technologies enhance language acquisition, learner autonomy, and the overall quality of teacher training programs. In addition, it identifies motivation, teacher beliefs, and community support as key factors influencing the successful implementation of digital tools in language instruction. The findings suggest that educators who effectively integrate adaptive learning technologies can create more engaging, flexible, and learner-centered educational environments. By addressing both technological and pedagogical aspects, this study provides practical insights for improving foreign language teacher education in the digital era. The results contribute to the growing body of research on innovative teaching approaches and offer recommendations for developing effective digital learning practices that meet the needs of future language teachers.
