This article examines the role of Turkic cultural continuity in the formation of civic identity in Kazakhstan. The study focuses on analyzing the ideas of statehood and unity reflected in the Orkhon–Yenisey inscriptions, the spiritual values embodied in the legacy of Korkyt Ata, and the motifs of social responsibility found in Turkic epics within the context of contemporary Kazakhstani society. The research employs cultural anthropological, historical-comparative, and discourse analysis methods. The findings demonstrate that the Turkic cultural heritage contributes to the formation of the spiritual foundations of civic identity by strengthening such values as social cohesion, mutual respect, civic responsibility, and a shared historical memory. The study concludes that Turkic cultural continuity represents an important cultural resource that unites ethnic diversity and reinforces the spiritual integrity of Kazakhstani society.
