This study examines the pedagogical and methodological aspects of using the visual modeling method in teaching irrational equations. In the modern mathematics education context, explaining abstract concepts and developing students’ theoretical thinking is of particular importance. Mastering irrational equations requires understanding the meaning of radical expressions and solution algorithms, which often poses significant difficulties for students. The visual modeling method helps overcome this challenge by presenting mathematical content visually through graphs, diagrams, schemes, and representations on the coordinate plane. The study demonstrates that this approach enhances students’ cognitive activity, develops logical reasoning, and reduces common mistakes. Furthermore, the use of visual modeling is proven to facilitate the conscious and systematic mastery of irrational equations.
