EFFECTIVE METHODS OF TEACHING LITERARY WORKS

This article examines effective methods of teaching literary works from pedagogical and methodological perspectives. It emphasizes the importance of considering students’ age and cognitive characteristics, using interactive methods aimed at deep engagement with the text, and prioritizing the development of critical thinking and creative abilities. The effectiveness of approaches such as problem-based questions, role-playing, debates, interpretive analysis of texts, and the use of digital educational resources in literary analysis is highlighted. The author notes that unlocking the educational, aesthetic, and cognitive potential of literary texts plays a crucial role in shaping students’ spiritual and moral values. The research findings provide methodological recommendations aimed at improving the quality of literary education and modernizing the teaching process.
