Abstract

Digital transformation is becoming a key factor in the development of enterprises in conditions of high competition and technological changes. It affects not only business processes but also organizational structure, corporate culture, and personnel management models. This article examines current trends in the transformation of management structures under the influence of digital technologies, analyzes the impact of digital transformation on corporate culture, and provides practical recommendations for creating flexible, innovation-oriented organizations.
