Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the process of analyzing historical sources in history lessons. It highlights key areas of AI application when working with texts, images, maps, and statistical data. Special attention is given to the development of students’ critical thinking and research skills. Practical lesson examples are presented to demonstrate the effective integration of AI into the educational process. The advantages and limitations of using AI in history teaching are also characterized.
