Abstract

This article examines the impact of plastic waste on global ecosystems, human health, and socio-economic development. The study analyzes the distribution patterns of plastic debris, the consequences of pollution, and effective ways to address the problem. The importance of reducing and recycling plastic waste is supported with concrete examples, highlighting the role of environmental education and raising public awareness.
