Abstract

This article comprehensively examines contemporary cybersecurity issues and the importance of data protection in the digital age. It analyzes effective ways to develop a culture of information security, as well as methods for fostering safe online behavior skills in individuals, particularly students. The study focuses on practical approaches such as protecting personal data, preventing phishing and malware attacks, and creating secure passwords. Additionally, the article highlights the role of digital literacy in society and education. It emphasizes the pedagogical significance of cultivating a culture of cybersecurity among students and proposes ways to integrate it into the teaching and learning process.
