Abstract

This article examines the mechanisms of teachers’ professional development in the process of school culture transformation from an organizational and cultural perspective. The study analyzes how changes within the internal cultural space of a school organization influence teachers’ professional growth. The author highlights innovative forms of reconstructing school culture and the value-based transformation of the pedagogical community as key factors affecting professional development. Furthermore, it is argued that teachers’ professional growth is not limited to improving subject-specific competencies, but also directly linked to self-reflection, the development of leadership skills, and adaptation to teamwork. The article emphasizes that renewing organizational culture enhances teachers’ professional motivation and strengthens their creative potential. Mechanisms such as continuous education, methodological support systems, and collaborative practices within professional communities are identified as essential. As a result, the interrelation between school culture and teacher development is defined as a crucial factor in improving the quality of education.
