Abstract

The article examines the key directions of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the framework of the “Education 3.0” concept. Based on international experience, successful practices of AI use in Finland, Estonia, China, Singapore, the USA, and South Korea are analyzed. It is shown that these countries are creating comprehensive digital ecosystems that ensure accessibility, quality, and flexibility of education. Particular attention is paid to methodological approaches such as adaptive learning, personalized educational trajectories, project-based activities, the use of intelligent tutoring systems, and the development of digital competencies. The article emphasizes the need to rethink the role of the teacher: not only as a transmitter of knowledge, but also as a moderator, mentor, and consultant guiding the individual learning path. Ethical aspects of AI use, related to data security and digital inequality, are also highlighted. Finally, recommendations are proposed for integrating AI technologies into the education system of Kazakhstan, taking into account global trends, national priorities, and the tasks of modernizing the educational process [1, 2].
