The paper examines the application of the coordinate-vector approach to solving stereometric problems, particularly in the context of the Unified National Exam (UNE) in mathematics at the advanced level. This approach offers significant advantages for students preparing for standardized assessments, as it provides a systematic and logical framework for addressing complex spatial problems. The method is based on a structured sequence of steps: establishing a rectangular coordinate system, determining the coordinates of key points, and applying vector and coordinate geometry formulas to calculate distances, angles, and other spatial relationships. By integrating vectors into stereometry, students are able to simplify three-dimensional problems into more manageable algebraic tasks. The article further illustrates the method through sample UNE problems and emphasizes its effectiveness compared to purely analytical approaches. The findings suggest that mastering the coordinate-vector technique can improve problem-solving accuracy, enhance mathematical reasoning, and provide learners with practical tools for exam success.
