This article explores the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching informatics and mathematics. The effectiveness of AI in the learning process is analyzed in detail, particularly its role in improving the quality of students’ knowledge and in facilitating the teacher’s work. AI-based tools are shown to support personalized learning, adapt tasks to the individual needs of learners, and enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The integration of such technologies also creates opportunities for interactive lessons, automated assessment, and the development of new teaching methodologies that combine traditional approaches with digital innovation. At the same time, the article addresses the challenges and limitations associated with the use of AI, including technical barriers, ethical considerations, and the need for teachers’ professional training. Finally, the study highlights the main directions for the future development of AI in the education system of Kazakhstan, emphasizing its potential to modernize and transform the learning environment.
