Abstract

This article comprehensively explores the role and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of education. It analyzes the impact of AI tools on teachers’ work, particularly their ability to consider individual differences among students, personalize the learning process, provide automated feedback, and improve overall educational quality. At the same time, it addresses concerns that AI might be perceived as a “competitor” to teachers. The authors emphasize that effective integration of AI does not replace teachers but rather supports them, simplifying their workload while opening new opportunities for creativity and methodological innovation. AI technologies can enhance teachers’ professional competence, optimize time management, and improve teaching effectiveness. The article presents an objective perspective on both the advantages and limitations of introducing AI into the educational system, highlighting its importance as an innovative tool that complements, rather than substitutes, the work of educators.
