USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS IN KAZAKH LITERATURE LESSONS: ADVANTAGES AND RISKS

Abstract

This article explores the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in teaching Kazakh literature, focusing on both their potential advantages and associated risks. In the digital era, AI offers innovative opportunities to enhance literary education by providing personalized learning experiences, interactive platforms, and automated analytical tools for text interpretation. AI applications can assist students in improving reading comprehension, critical analysis, and creative writing, while also helping teachers to design differentiated learning tasks. However, the integration of AI into literature classes is not without challenges. Concerns include over-reliance on technology, reduced emphasis on human interpretation of cultural and moral values, and possible ethical issues related to data privacy. The study emphasizes the need to balance technological advancements with traditional teaching methods to preserve the humanistic essence of literature. Ultimately, AI can serve as a complementary tool to enrich the teaching of Kazakh literature, provided its use is carefully guided and critically evaluated.
