FORMATION OF MEDIA LITERACY OF FUTURE PRESCHOOL TEACHERS: WAYS OF EFFECTIVE USE OF DIGITAL RESOURCES

This article comprehensively examines the issue of developing media literacy among educators in the field of education. In the digital age, where the flow of information is limitless, media literacy is recognized as a crucial component of teachers’ professional competence. The study reviews domestic and international scholarly works and analyzes effective ways of integrating digital resources into the educational process in preschool institutions. Specific examples of using media technologies are presented, and best practices are systematized. The article proposes methodological approaches for enhancing preschool teachers’ media literacy through the use of digital educational platforms, online courses, multimedia materials, and interactive tools. The authors emphasize that fostering media literacy involves not only the effective use of information but also the promotion of a culture of information security. The findings provide concrete recommendations for advancing teachers’ media literacy and highlight its importance in improving the quality of education.
