This article explores the importance and effectiveness of modern digital tools in evaluating teachers’ continuous professional development (CPD). Digital technologies enable dynamic, evidence-based, and personalized monitoring of educators’ growth. The study outlines the use of electronic portfolios, LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom), online assessment tools (Kahoot, Mentimeter), analytics systems, and AI-driven monitoring instruments. These tools provide opportunities to collect data on teachers’ professional competencies, analyze performance trends, and generate feedback for improvement. Furthermore, digital platforms support collaborative learning among teachers, encourage reflective practice, and allow for adaptive evaluation aligned with individual needs. The article draws on both international and Kazakhstani experiences, highlighting best practices in the integration of digital solutions into teacher evaluation frameworks. Special attention is given to challenges such as digital literacy, infrastructure, and ethical considerations in data usage. The findings suggest that effective implementation of digital assessment tools can enhance the quality of CPD and contribute to sustainable educational transformation.
