The paper highlights how AI enables individualized instruction, adaptive learning environments, and continuous monitoring of student progress, thereby addressing the diverse needs of learners. Additionally, the article discusses new requirements for teachers, including digital competence and the ability to integrate AI tools effectively into teaching practices. Challenges such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and limited access to advanced technologies in some schools are also considered. The study emphasizes that AI, when applied thoughtfully, can become a powerful resource for promoting inclusivity, ensuring equal opportunities, and enhancing the learning outcomes of students with special needs. Thus, technological innovations in education can foster equity and support sustainable inclusive practices.
