This article examines the importance of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in ensuring the continuous professional development of teachers. The author describes the principles of establishing professional communities, their mechanisms of operation, and their impact on peer-to-peer experience sharing through concrete examples. Within PLCs, teachers can conduct collaborative research, test innovative methodological approaches, and enhance their practice through professional dialogue and constructive feedback. The article also highlights the role of such communities in fostering teachers’ professional reflection and their contribution to improving the overall quality of education. Research findings demonstrate that PLCs serve as an effective tool in developing a culture of collaboration among teachers and enhancing their professional competencies. Practical recommendations include organizing systematic coaching and mentoring programs, creating platforms for experience exchange, and utilizing digital tools to strengthen collaboration. This material is aimed at providing educational institutions with effective strategies for promoting sustainable professional development.
