This article examines modern approaches to evaluating educational initiatives within the framework of teachers’ continuous professional development. The current education system is undergoing fundamental transformations in the context of rapid digitalization. These changes require enhancing teachers’ professional competencies, effective use of new technologies, and commitment to lifelong learning. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been actively integrated into the educational process, becoming a powerful tool for improving teaching quality, enabling personalized learning, and optimizing pedagogical practices. AI tools expand opportunities for differentiated instruction, real-time feedback, and the design of tasks adapted to learners’ individual needs. Consequently, teachers’ professional development should go beyond traditional methodological training to include digital literacy, mastery of AI tools, and the ability to apply them effectively in teaching and learning. The article analyzes effective strategies for supporting teachers’ continuous professional development and provides practical recommendations for educational institutions, administrators, and teachers seeking to improve professional growth.
