Abstract

In today’s labor market, there is an increasing demand for highly skilled professionals who possess both theoretical knowledge and strong practical competencies. In this context, the effective integration of vocational education with industrial practice has become a key prerequisite for quality workforce training. This article explores the methods of aligning the educational process in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) with industrial environments. Within the framework of the "Zhas Maman" project implemented in 2020–2021, the Zhambyl Industrial-Technological College was equipped with modern tools and technologies in the fields of welding and road construction. However, 48% of TVET institutions in Kazakhstan still use outdated equipment that does not meet current standards, which significantly affects the quality of specialist training. Moreover, due to the rapid advancement of technology, even the modern equipment acquired in 2020–2021 may no longer meet today’s requirements. The article offers practical solutions to address these challenges.
