This study explores the importance of developing an optimal nutrient medium for the growth of medicinal sage (Salvia officinalis). To preserve the biologically active compounds and ensure high-quality yield, it is essential to optimize environmental conditions, nutrient composition, and sterilization methods. The study analyzes the effects of various nutrient components and sterilization techniques on plant biochemistry, identifying strategies to enhance phytochemical activity. An optimal nutrient medium improved photosynthesis and metabolic activity, enriching sage with pharmaceutically valuable compounds. Additionally, the research defines agronomic conditions required for the stable and quality growth of sage and suggests effective approaches for its medicinal use. This work contributes to the field of medicinal plant biotechnology and provides a scientific foundation for the production of phytopreparations.
