Abstract

It emphasizes the urgent need to implement comprehensive protection measures, including technical safeguards (such as antivirus software and encryption protocols), organizational strategies (such as staff training and internal security policies), and appropriate legal frameworks. Furthermore, the article highlights the critical role of digital literacy, especially among school-aged children, in fostering safe online behavior and resilience against cyber threats.
