Abstract

The article comprehensively examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on leadership in the field of education. Currently, AI tools are becoming one of the main drivers of the digital transformation of the education system. The article describes the capabilities of AI for effective planning of the educational process, analysis of student achievements, and making data-based management decisions. It also analyzes the contribution of AI technologies to the development of individual creative abilities, the formation of critical thinking, and improving the quality of education. For educational leaders, the implementation of AI tools requires not only technical skills, but also compliance with ethical standards, ensuring a fair assessment system, and protecting personal data. The author identifies a new strategic role for modern educational leaders through the use of AI technologies.
