Abstract

The modern education system is undergoing radical changes as a result of technological processes and the influence of digitalization. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the main driving force of these changes, raising teaching methodologies, knowledge assessment tools and management strategies of educational organizations to a new level. AI technologies allow creating individual learning trajectories, in-depth analysis of students' needs and increasing the efficiency of the educational process. In this regard, the role of leaders in the field of education is becoming more complex: they must be not only administrative managers, but also strategists who can effectively integrate technology, have an innovative approach, and are focused on developing human capital. The main goal of educational institutions today is to form competitive, creative, and critical thinkers who meet the requirements of the digital age. To achieve this goal, it is crucial to combine innovative thinking and technological competencies.
