The article considers the issue of effective use of modern teaching methods in the modern educational process. In particular, special attention is paid to the role of visual and interactive methods in increasing students' interest in the subject, enhancing cognitive activity and developing creative thinking skills. The author considers the compatibility of traditional and innovative methods, suggesting effective ways to improve the quality of education. The article analyzes the experience of using modern pedagogical technologies in biology and chemistry lessons, their impact on the formation of students' scientific worldview. In addition, the advantages and opportunities of introducing information and communication technologies in the educational process are identified. The results of the study indicate the importance of introducing qualitative changes in the education system.
