Analysis of the lesson on "Mother Tongue" in Grade 1: "Vowel and Consonant Sounds. The Poem 'I Will Honor'"

Abstract

The article provides a pedagogical analysis of the lesson on the topic "Vowel and Consonant Sounds. The Poem 'I Will Honor'" for Grade 1 students in the "Mother Tongue" subject. During the lesson, students familiarize themselves with the characteristics of hard and soft vowel sounds and learn how to pronounce and write them. Additionally, their phonemic hearing abilities are developed, and correct pronunciation skills are formed. Special attention is given to the educational significance of the lesson, with the aim of explaining the moral values presented in the poem to the students. Interactive methods and game tasks are used, which help to increase students' interest in the lesson and enhance their activity. Creative and communicative methods are applied to develop students' vocabulary and improve reading skills. Throughout the lesson, a close connection between teaching and upbringing is ensured, providing students with the opportunity to understand and feel literary works.
