The Processes of Translating Terminology in the Field of Civil Aviation into the Kazakh Language

Abstract

The article considers the features of the translation of technical terms of the civil aviation industry into the Kazakh language. The systemic nature of aviation terminology is substantiated. A set of names corresponding to the system of concepts in the field of aviation activities is presented. The term is the most important component of any language. The problems of identifying the features of aviation terms by comparing them and translating aviation terminology into the Kazakh language are discussed. Attention is paid to linguistic means of expressing relationships in the terminology system. Mistranslation of technical terms and phrases, lack of consistency are considered.
